A federal report recently stated that despite massive efforts to curb drunk driving, some 30 million Americans are driving drunk and another 10 million are driving drugged each year.  The same report states that 11 percent of Florida drivers ages 16 and up admit to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs within the past year.  To read the full federal report please cut and paste the follow link into your web browser.
